The Precision BioTerrain Panel
A personal roadmap built from your own biology. Your report includes:
Results you can act on.
Why 2 to 14 days?
Turnaround depends on the proliferation rate of your cultured cells. Some samples reach the cell density required for testing within days; others require up to two weeks. Results are released only once sufficient viable cells are available to produce reliable data.
What if you knew what would help before you started?
Too often, treatment begins before anyone has tested how your cancer will respond. You find out whether it worked months later, after your body has already paid the cost.
Your cancer has its own biology. So do your healthy cells. Cellular Terrain Mapping tests both, so you and your doctor can choose a path based on how your body actually responds, not on a guess.

Three capabilities beyond conventional analysis.
Over 10,000 compounds, each tested against both your tumor and healthy cells.
The report shows what worked, and why.
Measured activity against tumor and healthy cells
Every compound is tested twice. Once against tumor cells, once against healthy cells, so its effect on each can be compared directly.

Consider two chemotherapies that perform equally well against your cancer in testing. One causes significant harm to your healthy cells; the other causes very little. Which would you rather take? Your report shows you which is which.
A roadmap for your healing journey
Your report does not stop at what worked. It explains why it worked, based on your biology.

If your cancer appears to depend on a particular pathway to survive, and a therapy that targets that pathway performed well, your report connects those dots so you know where to focus.
Wider testing, deeper answers
We test more than 10,000 compounds against your cells.

Is this right for you?
The Precision BioTerrain Panel is for people who already have a cancer diagnosis and want to know which treatments are most likely to help them. It is a good fit if you are:
A functional test, not a diagnostic one
It does not tell you whether you have cancer. That is why we ask for your diagnosis records after you order. If your records do not show a cancer diagnosis, we refund your order in full.

Questions people ask us
Will this tell me if I have cancer?
No. This is a functional test, not a diagnostic one. You need an existing cancer diagnosis, and we ask for your records after you order.
How is this different from other liquid biopsies?
We test more compounds than any other panel, and we test each one against your healthy cells as well as your cancer cells. You see what will help you and what will hurt you.
Can my oncologist use the results?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your report to your oncologist or any provider. What you do with your roadmap is your decision.
Does this replace my doctor?
No. It gives you and your care team better information to make decisions together.
Where does the blood draw happen?
We arrange a convenient location for your draw and schedule it with you after you order.
Why does it take 2 to 14 days?
We grow your cells in our lab, and every person's cells grow at their own pace. We will keep you updated.
Do you accept insurance?
No. The panel is cash pay.
What if my sample cannot be tested?
We schedule a free redraw. If the second sample also cannot be tested, we refund your order in full.
Will the results match exactly what happens in my body?
No lab test can promise that. What we can promise is better information than you have now, based on your own cells.
